Review: Charmed I'm Sure by Elliott James
I have to give it to Elliott James, he sure knows how to get creative when choosing his paranormal beasties! Only John Charming would pick a homeless guy up off the side of the road, and associate his forlorn state to a Wila's machinations. This was an action-y short, and a modern twist on an ancient Fae lore, instead of bows and reindeer steeds we get Harleys and machine guns. The hero made defeating formidable foes like the bugganes look easy, and the story was a fun addition to the PAX ARCANA world, although I wouldn't recommend reading this one before CHARMING even though it's labeled as a prequel, and the price is a little steep considering its length.
